Remember, BACK UP YOUR DATA!!! Whether you use our FREE 2 GB MOZY SERVICE or other means of backing up, please make sure you have at least 2, or better yet 3 copies of all your important data. Make sure to keep your backups in separate places, just in case.

Be sure to clean your heat sink, and fan every 3 to 6 months. If there is any amount of dust in your environment, it will block your heat sink, and your laptop may overheat after a short time. If you like, you can bring in your laptop at any time, and we would be more than happy to clean out the heat sink for you.

Be sure your anti virus software is up to date, and your Windows Updates are always current. This is very important. Many of the most damaging viruses that have caused havoc in the last few years would not have damaged a laptop that had the Windows Updates current. You should also install a good anti-spyware program, and run it occasionally too.
