If you decide to ship us the laptop yourself, be sure to fill out the repair form - - Repair Form - - completely, and put your laptop, and it's adapter - Send the Adapter - in a "larger" box with at least 2" of foam padding, or bubble wrap between the laptop and the inside of the box or more. What we tell our shipping department is to package items so well that you could throw the box off a roof, and the laptop would not be damaged. "Warning" Do not just put the laptop in a box full of peanuts, because a loose laptop can shift to the edge of the box, and be easily damaged. Peanuts are ok to pack around a laptop already in bubble wrap or other padding to keep it from moving. We recommend using insurace from your shipper, and insure it for the replacement value.
